Living locally in the Hinuera Valley on their family dairy farm Glenda and her husband Mark have loved the locality and raising their children within the area. Glenda has enjoyed her role working alongside Neville Jacques selling lifestyle properties and farms while bringing her own expertise to their selling team. She is looking forward to now being of further service to her community by adding residential sales in her portfolio.
Glenda was born and raised in South Africa and moved to Matamata in 1997. Glenda’s working life has been varied, starting as a legal secretary doing conveyancing work, then acting as a registrar within the Labour court system in South Africa. She then took up a position in an optometry firm, qualifying as a contact lens technician and subsequently as a dispensing optician. Glenda worked in the optical field for 20 years.
Glenda decided in a change of career in 2006, qualifying as a real estate sales agent, and after a break away to raise her family she has re-licensed in real estate and joined the Bayleys brand. Giving exceptional service to clients and maximising their property transactions is of high priority to Glenda, working beside Staci and Neville and the broader Bayleys team in the Waikato bringing successful results for her clients.
Bayleys continues to have a high profile across the community through involvement in local events, activities and sporting groups. From significant cash sponsorship to mentoring groups on event management, marketing and public speaking; the Bayleys name is synonymous with being involved in what is happening and what is on in our community.
Our auctioneers willingly give their time to call charity auctions and fundraising events which have resulted in many thousands of dollars being raised.
Bayleys Waikato are proud sponsors of Waikato Rugby, Waikato Reigonal Theatre, Central Property People Awards, and Waikato Hockey Association.
