Frano’s stellar career playing internationally for the All Blacks, New Zealand Maoris, New Zealand Sevens and Kiwis means he’s not only a familiar face to many but it also informs his approach to selling property. It’s given him leadership skills, a competitive edge and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations. This has translated to better than expected outcomes for his clients over his ten years plus in real estate and made him the agent of choice for many.

Frano knows what it means to tackle challenges head on and never give up. Stamina, endurance and giving it his all are second nature. He has strong networking abilities and running seminars on attitude and behaviour change helps him excel in any environment. As a former captain, he honed exceptional leadership skills, making him a highly effective group facilitator and expert negotiator. His experience includes working with prominent organisations such as Fonterra, Downer EDI, Vitico, the Department of Conservation and the NZ Defence Force, among many others.

Outside work Frano remains involved in rugby and enjoys waka ama and spending time with family.

Frano loves helping his vendors bring their home to market. He has a firm philosophy of ‘quality over quantity’ and takes an extremely personal approach, focusing his attention on a small number of listings at any one time to give his full consideration to each client.
