Fiona Stewart commenced her career as a Property Valuer in 1992.

Fiona is an experienced Registered Valuer, engaged in a wide variety of valuations including commercial, industrial, lifestyle and residential properties.  She has been a Registered Valuer since 1998.  Fiona began her property career with Auckland firm Mahoney Gardner Churton after completing her degree.  Fiona previously worked in the banking industry and travelled the world.

Fiona has been with Knight Frank (Simes Limited) since 1996.  Knight Frank merged with Bayleys Valuations Limited in 2018.  Her primary roles have been valuation and consultancy including financial analysis, discounted cashflow, project and subdivision assessments and evidence statements for Planning and Environment Court Hearings.

Fiona currently completes commercial, industrial and residential valuations for both private and public sector clients predominantly within the Canterbury region and at times other New Zealand locations.
