Having been in Marlborough for almost 7 years, Carys has been working in the Real Estate industry specialising in systems, business operations and property management. Although Carys has an obvious passion for efficiency, it is clear when you talk with her that people lay at the core of everything she does. She leverages her outgoing nature, eye for detail and problem solving skills to help ensure that the best service possible is delivered to clients on a daily basis. Joining Bayleys in January of 2024, Carys is excited to work with the recently expanded Property Management team to hone the established processes to elevate the already amazing Property Management services available.
Prior to arriving in Marlborough, Carys spent 13 years of her career in Australia working her way up through the ranks of a prominent international retailer, eventually being appointed as Global Retail Operations Manager. Beginning a new life chapter, at the end of 2016 Carys & her Kiwi husband had their first son and 2 weeks later moved to Marlborough. 7 years in with their second son now nearly 2, Carys is more than settled in Marlborough enjoying home DIY, trail walking, time with friends and her young family.
