Following on from a successful career as a sales consultant, Carina now plays an integral role in the senior leadership team for the Bayleys Marlborough offices located in Blenheim, Picton and Kaikoura.

Carina has been involved in the real estate industry for many years. Beginning her career as an Office Manager, moving on to become a Personal Assistant to a Top Performer and Company Director, and then rising to the challenge of sales in the residential and lifestyle markets. This vast experience ensures Carina has an invaluable and broad understanding of the real estate industry along with a confidence backed by strong branding and a passion for getting great results. Carina has achieved the highest possible real estate qualification and is AREINZ accredited.
