‘Service beyond the sale’ is Brooke’s motto. In her years in real estate she has earned a reputation for always putting her vendor clients first and working hard to make selling their property as streamlined and hassle free as possible, every step of the way.

Property was in Brooke’s blood; both her parents were successful real estate agents. Brooke’s career path started as a travel agent before she inevitably ended up pursuing her passion for property. Her many skills in sales, networking, management and negotiation quickly positioned her as an exceptional real estate agent capable of delivering outstanding results.

Brooke loves helping match people with property and assisting her clients to fulfil their dreams. She specialises in devising bespoke marketing campaigns, taking into account each vendor’s requirements, to present their property for maximum impact. Brooke’s clients benefit from her extensive networks and proactive and professional approach. She offers high level communication skills and is an innovative solution-finder.

Having lived on Waiheke Island for nearly 10 years she loves the outdoors, beach lifestyle and water sports. She has learned New Zealand Sign Language, worked as a volunteer first responder with St. John ambulance and is a PADI open water scuba diver, having dived several of New Zealand’s famous shipwrecks.

Working from Bayleys’ Howick office as part of Angela Rudling’s established A Team, Brooke specialises in all classes of real estate with exceptional expertise in lifestyle properties.
