At just 23 years old Bodie has already proven himself as a reliable and effective real estate professional, exceeding client expectations with his approachable and committed demeanour.
Transitioning from a successful personal training career, Bodie uses his strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and understand their needs deeply.
Inspired by his family's deep ties to real estate, Bodie found himself drawn to the industry's fast-paced environment. Embracing the challenge, he dove headfirst into the world of property, tackling hurdles with determination and a knack for finding solutions that deliver results. Clients quickly learn they can count on Bodie to not only meet but exceed their expectations, no matter the obstacle.
Bodie’s real estate acumen is enhanced by his robust background in sports, particularly rugby. A fervent player from a young age and throughout his college years at St Peters School, he has maintained a high level of play into his adult years, including the Waikato under 20’s and Waikato development academy. He was a key player for the Hautapu Premier Men’s team, contributing to their back-to-back Waikato Breweries Shield victories in 2019 and 2020. Now, he brings that same team spirit and determination to Bayleys Mount Maunganui.
Today, Bodie is not only active and successful in real estate but continues to sponsor and play for the local Mount Maunganui Rugby Club, fostering community ties and embodying the spirited, energetic lifestyle of Mount Maunganui. Bodie enjoys unwinding with a game of golf, balancing his professional and athletic pursuits.
Yet, beyond his professional pursuits, Bodie remains refreshingly approachable and easy to get along with. Whether it's chatting about the latest results or sharing tips on improving your golf swing (be that probably not successfully), he's the kind of guy who effortlessly connects with everyone he meets. So, if you ever catch sight of his friendly grin, don't hesitate to say hello - you'll be glad you did.
