Belinda has an excellent reputation with clients and being honest, reliable, energetic and the can-do attitude has helped her gain many top awards and with success in waterfront, residential and lifestyle sales.

Achieving a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (in Real Estate) in 2011, Belinda has made real estate her full-time career. Being in the real estate industry in the area since 2001 and living in the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula since 1987, Belinda has extensive knowledge and passion for the area which also helps with her sales success. Belinda has learnt over the years in business that “word of mouth’, “satisfied clients” and referrals are paramount to success.

Belinda along with her partner who also works for Bayleys as a commercial and leasing specialist both understands all aspects of the business. Together with their four children they are able to fully commit to real estate and even find time to go out in their boat.
