Andrew joined Bayleys after almost 20 years experience as a chartered accountant, predominantly working in the areas of M&A, corporate finance and business restructuring. Most recently at PwC within the M&A / Corporate Finance team working on both the buy and sell side of business transactions across a broad range of clients and industries.

Andrew gets great enjoyment from working alongside clients to achieve their transaction objectives and sees M&A / business sales as a collaboration between business owners and advisors. He understands the privilege of sharing the experience with the business owner and benefitting from their years of experience and knowledge as they work through the transaction process together.

Loving a challenge and achieving great outcomes, Andrew is excited to apply the best of what his professional services career has taught him to the sale of SME businesses across New Zealand.

In the weekends Andrew enjoys getting outside with his wife and two young children, escaping for a game of golf or fish, or relaxing over a wine with friends and family.
