Aaron brings two decades of real estate expertise to Bayleys Remuera, having started his journey in the industry in June 2004. His passion for property started early, spending his youth exploring building sites with his father, a building inspector, which fostered his deep appreciation for homes and renovations.

With a Business Diploma in Real Estate Studies complementing his extensive sales background, Aaron has built his reputation on a foundation of understanding and compassion. He believes in truly listening to his clients, recognising that property decisions often stem from complex emotional, financial or personal circumstances. This empathetic approach, combined with his practical problem-solving abilities and eye for detail, enables him to guide clients effectively through their property journey.

Specialising in Remuera, Ellerslie, Mt Wellington, Onehunga and the Eastern Bays, Aaron's intimate knowledge of these areas stems from being a local resident himself. His strong connections with local tradespeople prove invaluable when helping owners prepare their properties for market and as President of the Remuera BNI network group he is well-connected.

Aaron is deeply involved in his community, serving at his local church and volunteering at 'Feed the Hungry' in the city. His life outside work revolves around his family - his wife Sonya and their two teenagers. An 'active relaxer' he enjoys motorcycle rides, cycling with his Sonya, home renovations and landscaping.

Aaron's practical ability to solve problems, combined with his forward-thinking approach and commitment to ethical practice, has established him as a trusted advisor in the real estate industry. His greatest satisfaction comes from being part of people’s property journeys and helping them achieve their property goals, often leading to lifelong friendships in the process.
