Mike Adams is an Associate Director and Senior Commercial Broker based in the Bayleys Auckland C office, where he specializes in the sales of a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and development properties throughout the Auckland region and beyond and has become an integral member of the acclaimed Bayley’s Auckland Metropolitan Markets team of agents led by Alan Haydock.

Before joining Bayleys Real Estate in late 2005, Mike spent almost 20 years with the Giltrap Group including senior roles as General Manager of Giltrap Prestige and Independent Prestige. Mike has enjoyed considerable success in the real estate arena since joining Bayleys, concluding several significant sales and leasing transactions across a wide range of properties throughout the Auckland region and nationwide, and has maintained very close links to many of the key people within the automotive industry. The diverse range of transactions has included the sale of tenanted investment properties, vacant commercial and industrial buildings, large-scale residential and commercial development land sites, mortgagee, liquidation, and receivership sales. These transactions have been conducted for a wide range of vendors including corporations, individuals, family trusts, community groups, charities, government and local body entities, banks, accountancy / legal firms etc.
