Luke joined the Bayley’s commercial team after a 20-year career in the service and hospitality industry. Over this time Luke has held key roles in the sector with the focus on, bringing in key clients and holding those relationships across the Waikato and greater North Island.

Luke’s previous experience in these roles have given him insight into the commercial property arena, working alongside owners and tenants to have an understanding of their businesses. His experience and respect across the sector have led him to build strong relationships throughout, that flow directly into the world of commercial real estate.

Luke brings a strong fleet of skills to the team with the ability to problem solve, understand a client’s needs and most of all communicate this all to achieve the desired result. His experience in negotiation and customer service skills put him in the best position to get the best possible outcome for his clients.

Luke will be working closely alongside Bayley’s strong commercial team and together with his passion and honest approach, he will ensure you reach your goals.

Hamilton born and bred, Luke is married with two kids and their family have built strong roots in the Hamilton region with Luke’s wife Louise running a successful business for over 20 years. This ties in well with Luke having previous experience with commercial leases and fit outs.

In their down time you will find their family enjoying time on the water, wake boarding and at the beach with family and friends.
