Keen, honest, and coached by the elite.
After spending a decade working alongside Karl Davis, and the wider Bayleys Waikato Rural team, Lee has been surrounded by award-winning salespeople from day one. Within his industry, Lee has solidified himself as one of the top rural agents in the country, proof of which can be seen with record sales across various rural asset classes within his region and more recently the Karl Davis Team has won the REINZ Rural Team of the Year award for a second time (2021 and 2022) – this is across all companies and brands throughout the country, so is a huge achievement.
Since starting in 2013 Lee has been involved in over 900 property transactions. If you want quality service and outstanding results, then look no further. There is a long line of satisfied clients who would happily recommend his services.
Lee’s focus is on North Waikato, a region he knows well, having been born and bred there, spending his early years on a dairy farm in Kaihere and being educated at both Ngatea Primary and Hauraki Plains College. He is delighted to base his business where he has a strong connection with the people and the place, where he is now raising his son Niko.
After completing an Honours Degree in Food Technology at Massey University, Lee travelled the United Kingdom for five years. “Exploring, working, and playing rugby in both Scotland and England exposed me to eye-opening experiences that have given me a broad perspective of people, culture and circumstance; key skills I use daily to achieve great outcomes and understand the needs of different people.”
“I feel privileged to be part of a team that includes some of the top salespeople in the country and more importantly the Karl Davis Team. It’s a huge responsibility to ensure the best outcomes for people when selling their biggest assets, and I’m proud that Karl and I have created a team that can provide award-winning service and results for our local community.”
Bayleys was an easy option for Lee after he was drawn home and became rapidly aware of the brand’s strong rural presence in the region. Lee’s scientific background made it easy for him to identify with the process-orientated goals and the high expectations set by Bayleys to achieving the best results possible for their vendors.
Having played sport his entire life Lee also identifies with the team environment within Bayleys and the social aspects of real estate. He knows that connecting with people for information and innovative approaches is paramount in maximising results for vendors. Communication is something Lee strives to excel at, ensuring vendors know exactly what is happening with their property and understanding each and every situation. “Not to mention using the biggest strength of every vendor; their knowledge of their property - no one knows a property better than its owner!”
