Ella has drive, determination, and a strong sense of fairness. A born and raised Cantabrian with proud Dutch heritage, success and leadership have always come naturally. Whether it be throughout her time at Christchurch Girls’ High School, Lincoln University or her working career, Ella has always risen to the top.

Ella is a strong advocate for all sports, particularly enjoying those that involve water or two wheels. Her previous work in sport management has assisted others in their participation, enjoyment and personal successes. Ella loves to see others getting involved in sport and enjoys being among the associated comraderies. Her charisma is contagious and leaves people around her feeling good.

Methodical and thorough in her approach, Ella ticks all the boxes including the optional extras. Process orientated and goal driven, adding to her strong platform for whatever she puts her mind too.
