Michael Pleciak has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for more than 17 years and brings first hand knowledge of funding, project analysis, development expertise and agency experience.


Michael has a degree in valuation and property management from Lincoln University, Canterbury.


Michael manages the Bayleys Real Estate Head Office - Waterfront/Country/Tourism/Business teams and is also actively involved in sales within each of these fields.
